Ditchley raises £514 for cancer charity MacMillan

Published: Thursday, 17th October 2013

On 8 October, The Ditchley Foundation opened its doors as part of Macmillan Cancer Support’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.

Guests enjoyed a tour of the house, free-flowing tea and coffee, and a selection of delicious home-made cakes, before a raffle was drawn. Through donations, tour fees and raffle ticket sales, £514 was raised for the charity.

Macmillan Cancer Support works tirelessly to improve the lives of people affected by cancer – not just the victims, but also their family, carers and communities. With one in three people being diagnosed with cancer at some point in their life, medical and financial help is constantly needed.
